PROJECT: BALINT HOUSE
Casa Balint; a single-family house located in Bétera, Valencia, designed by the architectural studio of Fran Silvestre.
The property is located in a privileged location, close to the golf course and surrounded by nature.
The building has a continuous façade, which seems to house a single storey and whose aerodynamic condition allows the eye to escape into the depths of the neighbouring landscape.
While the interior space of the dwelling is articulated by means of a central void in which the communication core is located.
The combination of large windows and skylights with the prominence of white allows the interior to be comfortably illuminated. The Balint House is, according to Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, "a carpet of light that transforms the interior of the house as the hours go by". -
ARCHITECT: FRAN SILVESTRE
Fran Silvestre's architectural studio is in charge of the project and Alabort is the construction company.

SOLUTIONS: SCHUCO MINIMALIST
The minimalist Schüco system has been chosen for the metal carpentry selected for this house. The Schüco ASS 39 PD.NI and Schüco ASS 77 PD.NI sliding systems are ideal for warm climate zones and interiors.
As well as the Schüco FW 50+ system for the rooflight, a series that enables the reliable and efficient construction of façade designs.
