PROJECT: HOUSE OF BREEZE

This project reinterprets a villa from the last century that characterises this coastal area on the beach of Castellón.

The house is configured with two volumes that are joined together to form a single floor. In this way, the scale of the porch is limited, allowing adequate control of the intense sun and providing privacy for the master bedroom. From the terrace located on the upper floor, you can feel the sea breeze and enjoy summer evenings.

In short, this Mediterranean-style, minimalist, functional and avant-garde home, located in the privileged enclave of the coast of Castellón, is an ideal option for enjoying incredible views and feeling the sea breeze from your own home.
