PROJECT: HOFMANN HOUSE
The Hofmann house, the work of Fran Silvestre's architectural studio, is located in Rocafort (Valencia).
The T-shaped roof allows the house to achieve sufficient privacy from prying eyes while enjoying the sea views. In addition, this ingenious roof helps to control the southern sun during the summer and lets it in during the winter.
The main room, under the cantilevered shade, is arranged in continuity with the exterior. The interior of the furniture includes the wet rooms and delimits the scale of the night areas that fall back to the quieter part of the garden. The studio opens on the corner with the best views.
Minimalism, geometry and lots of natural light are the main elements of the Hofmann House.
