The Casa de Arena project is a modern house that perfectly combines spaces and openings, making the most of the options that the land offers.

One of the special features of the house is that the bedrooms enjoy the garden at ground level, while the day area is located on the upper floor from where you can see the sea.

The project is under the direction of the prestigious architect Fran Silvestre Architects.
LOCATION: CULLERA - VALENCIA

The Villa is located in Cullera on the coast of the Valencian province, in the Spanish Levante.
SOLUTIONS: MINIMALIST COR VISION AND SOSOARS

For the metallic carpentry, the house located on the coast will have OS minimalist carpentry, exclusive aluminium carpentry of Dekovent in the Levante area, centre of Spain and south. It is a high-end carpentry that offers volumes and weights above the average.

In addition, the house will also have Cortizo's minimalist Cor Vision carpentry, which offers total flexibility in finishes and design.
