PROJECT: ERRE offices architecture

The project arose from the need to create a new workspace to house the growing ERRE architecture team. A main work space, several meeting rooms, a rest area and other rooms for internal use are the spaces configured in this new headquarters.

The premises are located in a strategic area, on the ground floor of a building in the Ensanche district of Valencia.

Minimalist joinery from leading brand Schüco was chosen for the new ERRE offices. The Schüco ASS 39 PD.NI series in panoramic design is a sliding solution for flexible applications.

In addition, Schüco AWS 65 BS conventional joinery, windows that meet the highest standards in terms of design and functionality.

The materiality of the project seeks to create a pleasant working environment, in accordance with the functional, lighting and acoustic needs of the project. The use of glass, as well as different floorings, manages to reinforce the idea of spatial continuity and the indoor-outdoor relationship that underpins the general idea of the project.
