PROJECT: AMC NULES OFFICES
AMC is an office refurbishment and renovation project located in Nules (Castellón), designed by the Chiralt Arquitectos studio with the collaboration of Muebles Lluesma.
Modern and minimalist, this office building bases its design on organic forms, open spaces and the use of the white-black-grey trinomial. Two elements stand out: a central monolith on the façade and its curved main staircase.
The refurbishment project has a two-storey layout, with the entrance hall and storerooms on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.
The entrance hall is another of the achievements of this designer office refurbishment. The reduced space that was previously lacking in prominence has been converted into a reception area in keeping with the size of the building. Its diaphanous distribution, its organic shapes and its white-grey binomial give it an air of harmony and comfort that favours relationships and generates an attractive welcoming atmosphere.
The imposing main staircase is one of the great attractions of these designer offices. Present in the original space, the refurbishment has maintained its footprint by taking advantage of the structure.
