PROJECT: HOUSE IN MORAIRA

The building is located in a privileged enclave just 1 km from the sea. In addition, its orientation and the large windows that the house has, allow from any room you can see the sea and the valley that surrounds it.

The large openings enhance the relationship with the exterior, allowing natural light to flood the different rooms.

With a cold exterior appearance, the façade creates a contrast with the surrounding environment, changing from cold to warm colours.

In short, the minimalist, Mediterranean and avant-garde style of this house is of great importance.

In addition, the combination of colours, the flowing space and the openings create a sublime harmony between all the living spaces.
