PROJECT: HOUSE IN LA CAÑADA

Thanks to its two storeys, the house is made up of two clearly differentiated blocks. The interior of the house is fully connected thanks to the empty courtyards and the large openings to the outside.

The openness of the interior spaces to the exterior areas is one of the main characteristics that has guided the design and construction of this home. And despite being located on a busy street, the house maintains an orientation that allows the owners of the house to enjoy the garden and the incredible swimming pool, away from prying eyes.

Overall, La Cañada is a modern home that perfectly combines the spaces and openings of the house to create an avant-garde, elegant and functional home.

The interior courtyard of the house has Cortizo Cor-60 carpentry with hidden leaf, carpentry that offers multiple possibilities in terms of design and functionality.

As for the rest of the house, the minimalist OS Sosoares carpentry is used for the sliding doors, while for the rest of the windows and fixed windows in the house, the ADS 65 system from Schüco is used, which offers maximum transparency thanks to the reduction of its exposed face and the hidden exterior profile.
